Abstract

Data Needs Survey (SKD) is a survey conducted by the Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) to identify statistical data needs and the level of customer satisfaction with BPS data and services. SKD has been implemented since 2005. Respondents in SKD 2021 are consumers who receive services from the BPS Integrated Statistics Services (PST) by face to face or come directly to the BPS PST unit and without face-to-face either through websites or online statistics services. In general, the purpose of the 2022 SKD implementation is to obtain evaluation materials from consumers as a supporter of improving the quality of data and statistical information. The results of the SKD 2022 are presented in the form of publications containing the analysis of consumer characteristics, analysis of data requirements, analysis of data quality satisfaction, and analysis of service unit performance. This analysis is complemented by a presentation in the form of the Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK). The scope of the analysis of the results of the SKD 2022 Bombana Regency is PST BPS Bombana Regency. Consumer satisfaction with services in the PST BPS Bombana Regency is illustrated through the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). The value of CSI of the PST BPS Bombana Regency is 91,31.
