Abstract

Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDB) is one of the economic data that can be used to evaluate the economic development performance of a country/region. According to macroeconomic theories, PDRB calculations can be done by three approaches, namely: production/provision approach (GRDB by Business Field/industry), approach of expenditure/final request (GRDB according to expenditure/expenditure) and income approach (GRDB according to income/income). The three counting approaches, theoretically, will produce the same GRDB figures. This publication specifically discusses about the GDRB according to an expense/final request approach. This approach is devided into several components, namely: household consumption expenditure, expenditure on consumption of Non-Profit institutions serving households, government consumption expenditure, investment (the establishment of gross fixed capital and inventory change), foreign exports, foreign imports, and the net export between regions (the export between regions is reduced by the import between regions). The GDRB Data in this publication and subsequent publications uses the 2010 base year, and has implemented the concept of the System of National Accounts 2008 as recommended by the United Nations. To all parties who have contributed to the realization of this publication are presented with a highest award. Similarly to government agencies and private institutions/companies that have provided data support for the preparation of this publication expressed gratitude. Hopefully, the cooperation that has been established so far can be continued and can be improved in the future. Lastly, it is realized that the data and information presented in this publication still need improvement. Therefore, any constructive input is highly appreciated for the improvement of the contents of this publication. Finally, hopefully this publication is beneficial for all the parties who need it.
